Is TUDCA the same as ox bile?
No. Ox bile is crude whole bile — everything at once, no finesse. TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a single, water-soluble bile acid from the gentle end of the bile-acid spectrum, which is exactly why many people who found ox bile harsh choose it instead.
How do I know it's real TUDCA?
